Whistleblowing Statement
Recolution Group are committed to conducting our business with honesty, integrity and transparency. We encourage our employees, candidates, contractors, clients and suppliers to raise any genuine concerns about wrongdoing, malpractice or unsafe, unethical or unlawful conduct connected with our business.
This procedure is not applicable to personal complaints, and these should be raised under our Complaints process. The type of concerns that may be reported include, but are not limited to,
- breaches of legal or regulatory obligations,
- financial misconduct,
- bribery, fraud,
- modern slavery,
- health and safety risks,
- safeguarding concerns,
- discrimination,
- harassment,
- or attempts to conceal any such matters.
Reports must be made in good faith and cannot be malicious or misleading.
All concerns raised in good faith will be treated seriously, even where an investigation does not substantiate the allegation. However, reports that are knowingly false, misleading, abusive or made maliciously may be investigated and may result in appropriate action being taken, including disciplinary and/or legal action.
